Join us in celebrating this exciting week for Washington animals!

We are pleased to announce the 7th Washington Week for the Animals presented by Animal World USA will be presented TBA.

This includes USA state weeks, UK Week for the Animals, India Week for the Animals and Africa Weeks for the Animals.

See Calendar of Events page is for events taking place across Washington during this truly exciting upcoming Washington Week for the Animals.

Throughout the week, educational institutions, animal shelters, rescue groups, and humane organizations across the state will be hosting scores of wonderful animal-related special events. Educators, students, businesses and caring citizens will be joining in, creating and planning exciting activities to celebrate and help animals.

Events will include adoption fairs, low cost spay/neuter awareness events, shelter days, R.E.A.D. dog programs in libraries, activities for farm animal awareness and therapy dogs visiting hospitals.

Also to be included are a salute to our K9 military and working dogs, cat initiatives, animal law campaign, educational programs, and fun-filled festival days for families to come and enjoy food, music and the always amazing animals!

Events are being planned now, and we encourage animal lovers everywhere to become involved so we can all collectively participate! See the page "Become Involved" on this website for lots of great ideas and suggestions.
